Already reading ECUs, or planning to? MTR Performance supplies tuning files to garages and technicians, so you can offer remapping to your own customers.
How it works
You handle the vehicle. We handle the calibration.
You look after the customer and the car or van in front of you. Read the ECU with your tool, send us the original file and tell us what the customer is after.
We write a calibration for that ECU and that vehicle and send it back for you to flash. If anything about the vehicle or the file needs a conversation, you talk to us directly.

What's possible depends on the ECU, its software and your tool. We confirm before any work. Road vehicles must remain compliant with applicable Irish emissions and road-use laws.

What do I need to become a dealer?
A tuning tool that can read and write the ECUs you'll be working on, and a way to send us files. Tell us what you have when you apply and we'll confirm whether we can work with it.
Which tuning tools can I use?
Tell us your tool, and whether it's a master or slave tool, when you apply. We'll confirm compatibility before you send your first file.
Do I need remapping experience?
You need to be comfortable reading and writing ECUs with your tool. If you're just starting out, say so when you apply and we'll talk it through honestly.
How much do files cost?
We'll go through pricing with you when you get in touch, based on the type of work you expect to send us.
Can a vehicle be returned to standard?
Keep the original read from every vehicle. With it, the ECU can be returned to its original software in most cases.
What about emissions-related work?
Road vehicles must remain compliant with Irish emissions and road-use law. Some emissions-related solutions are only for motorsport, export or off-road use, and we will tell you where that applies.
